In the current build workflow, the app does not require account creation and is not intended to collect personal information for transmission to a developer-operated backend service.

This policy describes how Vasilii Andreev handles information in relation to Simplphoto.
2. Device permissions
- Camera access is used to capture photos and stop motion frames.
- Photos / Photo Library access is used only when the user chooses to import media from the library or export media back to the library.
3. On-device storage
The app stores captured or created media locally on the device. Basic preferences may also be stored locally using standard iOS storage mechanisms.
4. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
In the current version of this policy, the app is not intended to include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or account-based tracking mechanisms.
5. Sharing of information
The developer does not sell user data. Media may be shared only when the user explicitly uses iOS system sharing, export, or save-to-Photos features.
6. Third-party platforms and Apple services
When users distribute, back up, or manage content through Apple services or other selected destinations, those services may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Children’s privacy
The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated backend in the current workflow.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. If the app’s data practices change, the policy should be revised before the updated version is released.
